Bass players will sometimes use bass picks to get a louder sound. playing bass is not all about using your fingers. it looks like strumming, but she's just strumming individual strings. the bass player of Asian Kung Fu Generation also uses picks.

Saw it on Titanic Filmfest in Hungary. This flic is awesome -- and not in the "I-shout-awesome-at-anything-w­hat-does-not-suck-for-5-second­s" way! The Korean girl is just brilliant. I rarely recommend a movie to every person I meet, but this one is definetly one of those.
