@gl1benliberatore lol your funny kid you dont need a external mic, why dont you manually set your audio. I normally set it two notches up for fisheye and maybe 3 or 4 up for long lens when i filmed than post edit the audio in w,e software if too loud, or soft.

ur TRV got nice colors man, try using full screen and gettin a shotgun mic tho, makes tha settings better

@thakidjeremy This was color corrected, i don't do that anymore. When you say try to use the full screen, if you talk about scaling 4:3 to 16:9 this is a terrible idea. And i'm not gonna buy a shot gun mic because i have a VX1000 now :)

@GXZeroXll Yes you need a 52 to 37mm step down ring to fit the Opteka baby. There is no brand, just buy the cheapest one you find.

@BKLova24 Yes, it's basically the same as the trv20 which i had before and the quality is really good for a one chip camcorder.

@J4KETODD Nope, it's not necessary, the audio is alot better than the GL1/2 anyway, trv audio is not like the VX audio but it's not bad, i'm saving up for a VX1000, the audio will be perfect :)
