@applessuace Thank you for dropping by my video. All of my videos are about slowing down a little. Your mind and body will thank you if you take a little more time, and aren't always in a rush, as modern commercial society likes to encourage us to be.

With this video take a minute, actually 54sec. to listen to the sound of the sea before the tranquil music gently drifts across the still water.

The problem that I have with most meditation music is that it is almost always synthetic instruments and 'nature' sounds. I can't get in touch with nature if my music cannot reflect this. Is there any meditation music that you can recommend that has no synthetic instruments or sounds?
