  • I'm pretty sure you're supposed to breathe from your diaphragm and not your chest. And by pretty sure I mean know for a fact.

    If you want to know how to take a deep breathe properly just breathe in imagining you're trying to fill your stomach up with air.

  • I always have the issue of losing concentration when trying to focus on my breathing while running as soon as I feel that side twinge.

  • I increase my stamina by just doing lots of fun exercising and blowing up balloons! I inhale deeply and then blow out into the balloon. It's quite fun too!

  • What she said it's gonna do you're stretching out lung capacity and getting your lungs ready for exercise and it helps you not run out of breath (stamina) so that it will be easier to do cardio..

  • @InTheKnow88 Exactly. This video is just wat I needed to learn about. I always run out of breath when I'm running for about 1 min. lol and I'm a thin person, 5''5 in hight, and my weight is 115 pounds.
