When you have soaked the almonds do you take the skin off? supposedly all the phytic acid is in the skin and you absorb all the zinc then. Very good video btw
@0wenfox Some people need them more than others. if the diet is right then and the bowels are functioning well then not so necessary, but in times of trouble can be a lifesaver.
Thanks a lot. Ive been soaking my almonds for quite a while now but i never knew you had to soak walnuts or brazilnuts. or pumkin seeds for that matter.
do you have to soak them individualy if they require the same amount of time for soaking? like Brazil & Walnuts for instance.
Next to hemp protein powder, pumpkin seed protein powder is my next favourite. My old grandad when I was a kid always had a silver plate with walnuts and acorns and others and a big metal nut cracker sitting on the sideboard in the dining room.

@POLlyy23 I don't think it matters if you soak them together or not. Just rinse them after soaking.

Do i have to eat the seeds or nuts straight after i soak them or could i take them to work when finished and eat them during lunch or something?
GOFFCLE 1 month ago
@GOFFCLE Yes that would be fine. if you leave them too long and don't re-rinse then they will mould. But just one day is fine.

your digestive system isn't a fan of nuts and seeds. just use the seed milk. forget the pulp.
