  • INSPIRATION I am starting today my weight lose. Any tips? I eat HORRIBLE choc. is a weakness and I just started working out today. I am 5'0" last I checked weight was 156 two months ago.

  • @kerinjosh Hey Kerin I know you were asking Kissybone but I have something that may help. There are healthy foods that have chocolate in it like NatureValley and QuakerOats. They have delicious granola bars. There are also Smartstart ( I think that's what the brand is called) that have delicious desserts like lava chocolate cake and sundaes! There are all sorts of yummy foods out there that are a smart way to lose weight. I hope I helped at least a little. Have a good day and good luck! :D

  • @MsZavala87 what doctors been telling us for years....no secret really...."EAT LESS MOVE MORE" portion sizes, and exercise....no big thing, hardest is sticking with it...but ya gotta want it bad enough...and once u got that mind set anyone can totally do it good luck

  • wooooow! iv been on a diet too i use to weigh 145 and in 2 weeks i lost 10 pounds im now 135 =] and still goin down i went from size 9 to size 7 =D

  • Amazing video, so inspirational! I've added this to my favourites. You look like a different person, and I can't believe you have 5 kids, you seem to have no stretch marks or anything. Your weight loss has made you look younger

  • @ByeByeBelly thank you so much, i get told that alot...i do on the other hand have plenty of stretch marks, and my thighs hold alot of them. My belly sags alot, more then id like but not as bad as ive seen. Bottom line, my body isn't perfect even after all that weight loss, but its perfect enough for me...thanks for the comments, it means alot!

  • @ByeByeBelly thanks very much, althought u might not see stretch marks from the videos, i can assure you they were there, in fact its the one thing that i would change or get fixed it i had the money would be the stretch marks on my tummy and i would get a tummy tuck, everything else with my body im ok with! thanks so much for the comments and watching my videos!

  • Omg you look so good! Im so inspired to keep up with my wieght lose... Im a teenager thats over a couple pounds of curvy... and I dont like it. Ive lost nearly 30 pounds in 6 months and its really hard to keep up with it. specailly since I dont have the right foods to et and some times no food at all cause of the house hold funds being low and stuff. but I will never give up and thank you! your my hero!

  • I've lost 14.2lbs just as an experiment in 1 day just to see how much I could lose, but I know 2/3 of that was probably water weight, but I think it is possible to burn 15,000-20,000 calories in a day. It was also around 16 hours of on & off cross training, swimming, calisthenics, sports, running & weights.

  • @stevelau1933 burning that much in one day would place you on a fast track to burn out, just be careful and remember, slow weight lose is better then fast, its not healthy to put on alot of weight fast and its not healthy to lose it that fast. so u need to take you time and let it happen....it will...just stick to it and keep at it. it took me 12 months to lose 75 pounds......u can d it too!

    I'm actually trying to gain weight. I'm around 180, at 6ft and I would like to get to 195 at 5% body fat, but I need to find more time to work out. Not just muscle mass either. I want to get more athletic. I have figured out how to cut weight pretty quickly if I need to which is a bit easier for me since I have a decent amount of muscle.

  • I can get down to around 170, with hardly any body fat within a week if I wanted to, but there's no need to be that cut up all the time.

    My wife is a dietitian. She too believes having children is no reason to let yourself go. Sure it might take more effort than when you were 20, but losing the weight (if you put any on) is still achievable.

    Btw, I showed your video to her and she was very impressed, too!

  • That's really amazing! Congratulations! I'm 190 lbs and I only want to lose 20, but am having lots of trouble losing weight. I've been getting very discouraged. But, your video is really encouraging and inspiring. Quick question: How long did it take you to lose the weight?

  • @Mydogisthecuttest it took me a year to lose 75 pounds.......its taken me another 6 months to lose another 10....so its been a year and a half and im finally down to 144......and i got 14 pounds to go to get to my GW. so the smaller u get the harder the pounds are to get off.   • @FloridaGirl1984 basically i was on a 1100 to 1300 calorie a day diet, working out anywhere from 5 to 6 times a week, for a hour a day, and as i got under 200 pounds i started going for a hour and half 5 days a week, with more cardio, as far as food, i really ate anything i wanted just less of it. u dont need special food to lose weight, u just need to eat ur portions and read how many calories in each serving. once u get all that down u got the rest in the bag..:")

  • Yeah ive gotten alot of saggy skin on my belly from having children but other then that it has not been too bad. I work out and tone up alot so that does help. right now im.working on my abs and trying to get them in shape and in as best shape i can get them physically. Ive concidered a tummy tuck but only after i have tried my best on my end with exercise and personal training. So we will see what happens. Ive got 15 or so pounds left to go and i know i can get there. @cherrypop296

  • @xXxPinkKittenxXx YES!...LOL im down to my last 20 pounds, and it has been the hardest so far.....My last 72 pounds werent this hard. The smaller u are, the harder it will be to get rid of the extra fat, cause ur body want's to hang onto what is left, its your bodies way of making sure u dont die!.....So the answer to your ? is yes, but not impossible.Just keep at it, drink alot of water, and watch what u eat! good luck

  • @xboyslikecassiex really nothing special hun, i eat a diet of 1500 calories or less...no bread, no sugar...low fat. and i work out 5 times a week for a hour. so the old rule holds true, EAT LESS MOVE MORE. i know it seems simple, but it really is that simple. It took me a year to lose 72 pounds, but u dont want to lose it fast, cause thats not healthy nether. Its best to lose it just like u gained it. and that slowly....GOOD LUCK...

  • watch what u eat, been eating 1500 calories or less at 219 to 180, 1200 from 180 to 150.....and working out 3 to 5 times a week,with 45mins to a hour of cardio a day....that might seem like much, but ive gotten great results, and i feel great!....
