I thought you built this PC for *sserious* studio work LOL! Great to see you putting it to even better use tho, excellent vids, more more more!!! PS - when are you going to release the new album then ;-)
@BlazeInfernoHD I know what you mean. My Dell XPS 420 with Q6600 OC'd to 3.2 with 4Gb of 800Mhz RAM and a nVidia GTS 250 with 1Gb is pretty fast as regards FSX framerates (hi settings I get between 30-60 FPS). Watching these vids made me so sick I just ordered a Dell XPS 8300 (UK) with I7 2600, Win 7 64bit, 1Tb disk, 12Gb RAM and a nVidia GT 520 with 1Gb RAM for just £760!!!! Should cost £1,400. Cant wait to get it.
@TheOneTrueSpLiT upgarde your video card GT 520 is not much better then your gts 250 ... in all honesty just don't buy a brand PC specially dell .. build your own
@DKF22 I agreed, the GT 520 does not look any better (probably worse!) than my GTS 250 so I will be putting that in after doing some benchmarks. The reason for getting the Dell XPS 8300 is I got it for £760 instead of nearly £1,400! If I had the time to spend running FSX more I would build something from scratch. However, for the money the Dell XPS 8300 is a good buy. Cheers.
Wow! Awesome scenery and graphics... my comp would definitely have problem rendering all that! Tried it a couple of times, and it was too choppy :/... Got lots of space, good RAM, but no video card, got a video chip instead :(
