nevermind i fixed it kind of thanks to you, i seen a sticker in the battery area and i took it out and now it works. :D who knew...

what if i can barely move around or not at all with the stick, it doesnt move around on it's own it just doesnt work barely.

@sandman4020 I dont get it, how did you solve it? I have this same prob with mine. On a normal PSP a third person game, the character runs around the screen when the analog is shifted. On mine, they just walk, and really slow.

take a look at analog fix tutorial dude... you should fix the analog stick first..make it smooth again as normally...but you can't if it has been damaged by you.
