It would be even worse if you sudenly had diearrea while running a 3.2 mile. Never experienced it in the midle of my races dont want to but I would bet it would suck really bad. And one of my races there was a huge line for the bathrooms. Sarry about that ever happend to you. I could never want that to happen to me. And I like your video. :)

Great clip! Very professionally done! I can relate to this as well. when I was in elementary school in California, there was a prank of someone distributing tainted rock candy. I was one of the "victims" that had accepted the stuff. later on, I had explosive diarrhoea that burned! I just sat of the john dumping my innards.
