She was talking about hotel staff being too excited in the morning. Hahaha. She was saying "eeeep eeep eeep" as an imitation of like when people are too excited. Do you know what I mean? Like the big huge cheesy smile and the little almost scream sounds people make when they're excited. That's what Carrie was doing. Haha!
