@samusaran11 Significant. Like the difference between a walkthrough and a let's play. These guys are heads of a gaming news site, Giant Bomb. Multiple members of the Bomb Crew play a ridiculous game once every year, called the Endurance Run. They do it for fun, and for our enjoyment. People were originally asked on the site if they wanted wasted hours grinding and being lost cut out, and they earnestly refused because it meant more screentime for the crew.

In most professional lets play or a walkthrough the person playing edits out very long treks to make it easier for the viewer.

Sence this is a blind LP they should do some edits so the viewers arnt seeing them walk around in circles for 20 mins. Thats not professional or easy for the viewer.

LOL, too bad, I have a Legend of Zelda cart for the NES that's more than 20 years old. I tested it out the other day and it works perfectly, even keeping the saves from the last time I played. It's the same with my Final Fantasy 1 cart, it still has a save from right before the final boss.

Either I've got great luck with carts, or you guys have terrible luck.

Just want to let you know how to make the experience smoother for you; You CAN RUN during BATTLE - use the B button. Also, make sure you talk to everyone in a town as you will get SUBTLE HINTS to help you with ENEMIES/BOSSES e.g. if you talked to everybody in town during the beginning of the game, then you would have learnt STATUS EFFECTS, etc. Hope this helps and I'm really enjoying these entertaining and hilarious Endurance Run Episode : )

Having battery problems in the past with this very same game, I've never had just one save slot disappear. It's usually all or none.

It's getting kinda obvious this is some kind of troll attempt at this point.

@EnjiBEARatsu Not a troll attempt at all. I had a cart that the 2nd slot always lost a save. Then I had another cart that slot 1, and 3 could not hold a save. It happens. One of the frailties of old memory saving technology.
