did you use some kind of de-shaker or stabilizer or however you call these things? cause whenever i use a lens with more than 20mm, i get all shaky shots... also did you decrease the noise in after effects?
EXCELENT!!!! AWESOMENESS!! INCREDIBLE!! Very amazing shot, is unbelievable the quality of shooting the scenes, the way it captured every shot, is pretty incredible, congratulations, I'm already decided that buying DSLR.
@SabiPictures also in the behind the scenes, someone was holding a microphone. was it for the d90, because i thought the d90 didnt have a microphone input. or did you record it with something else and just replace the sound from the video clip?
@GmanVid the music in this short was composed specifically for it by him. but i'm sure if you contacted DEKLUN thru his web site, he'd be down for discussing any projects you may have. He's cool like that. :) Good luck!!!!
hey Gman, the music in question was some original stuff that was created solely for the film. so, you wouldn't really find it, in the form of a track, on Deklun's website. cheers. =)
there's an auto lock function... just find the right exposure and press the button. You have to go to the menu of course and activate it. but it works.
Can anyone tell me why when I use the D-Movie function, black horizontal lines keep going across the video. Does anyone else experience this and how can I reduce/remove it?
thanks for replying, and i almost forgot to mention... great film. this film is the reason i began considering dslr's for indies...keep up the good work.

@XboxLiveChamp exactly that was a standalone recorder called a Zoom H2.
SabiPictures 1 year ago
@SabiPictures man that sorta sucks that means you have sync every video scene. But you have to, the d90 mic is very bad.
XboxLiveChamp 1 year ago
@XboxLiveChamp google something called "PluralEyes". If you're working in Final Cut Pro it syncs everything for you in less than a minute.

The image quality is excellent. How did you get sound? Sees as if you did a hella amount of dubbing and minimal dialogue.
