I didn't know he had passed. I first heard "Red Hot" several years ago. I couldn't believe a song that good hadn't charted. later I found out it would have, except Sam Phillips had to put all his resources at that moment into Jerry Lee Lewis' "Great Balls of Fire".
Those early Rockabilly guys were a breed apart. It was either make music or pick cotton.

Billy Lee Riley, one of the original Sun Records artists, Is in VERY bad need of help.
Billy has had his share of health problems, and is now battling bone cancer.
