All you have to do is shoot at the base of the shadow. "Predator" technology isn't as great as one would perceive. It only works best at night or under heavy foliage, never in the desert.

It cannot get here fast enough! We need more realistic first person shooters and Ghost Recon has always been good at that. No regenerating health, health boosts or any of that crap. Then we can finally have people play a game as if it were a real war. None of that run and gun crap like MW2, battlefield, etc. People say "camping is cheap", well I say that it is realistic. Running around like a moron while not using cover is cheap if you ask me! Bring on the realistic gameplay I am starving for it

Second, the guns themselves (meaning snipers) are not for running and gunning so just because you can't stop it doesn't mean it isn't legit. Lastly, I am not one of those guys that sits in a high traffic area of a game like a room of some sort, rather I snipe from realistic places in the game that are meant for sniping. It is not cheap, it is legitimate and strategic.
