I do like this video because it goes through exactly what you will be asked to do on a New York City road test. There was one HUGE oversight; as per the New York State Drivers Manual you should not perform such turns on a double yellow line.

3 point turns on a street that wide are very easy. Here we have to do it on a orad just a little bit longer than your car.

I have a question. In my state, they usually do it in a very tight narrow road. I just want to know how can i backup[second point turn] without hitting the curb since I'm allow to use one hand for the wheel and the other to be place behind the passenger's sit headset. Would it be okay if i make sure there are no upcoming traffic from both sides first, then look over my left shoulder while backup just to be sure not to hit the curb?

@TheBishieHunter To turn around, basically - where you can't really do a U-Turn. Also, I think it's illegal to go into people's driveways to turn around, since it's trespassing, but I'm not sure.
