I tried all the other stuff, and was just fed up. It would get better then come back worse than ever. Give it a try. You can get a bottle of hand sanitizer for $1 at the dollar store. Try it once,, if it burns you'll know not to try it again. But it's basically 90% alcohol. If it is athletes foot, you'll have to keep doing it every night for a few weeks to make sure all the bacteria is gone. Trust me.

The longer you have it, the deeper it gets. It can be remedied if you catch it early, but like you, I've had it a long time. (3rd grade) mixed with a hereditary skin condition that made it pretty much impossible to get rid of, so ... now, ... I'm stuck with it, unless they come up with something of a cure. (A REAL cure, that is..) :-(
