  • 7:20 .... HOOO AH!

  • 14/88 when everyone said our ways were wrong we continued!

  • Nobody can deny the sheer brilliance of Pacino!

    MARVELLOUS!!!

  • Can Pacino spend 5 minutes in a courtroom without saying "Out of order!"

  • gives me goosebumps

  • Most Stanford faculties are the same, got money? They will stand behind you!

  • @CEOTerminator

    yeah.........

And America is meant to be the land of opportunity!!!!

    BOLLOCKS!

  • al pcino, is great actor, great personality, i gues he is Good Human. Al Pcino we r love u, plz give us just one more movie. u r Gentleman. The Bst Movie Scent of a woman. we need ur Art More.

  • 7:27 = The look of someone who sulks cause they dont get thier way and is a half wit. Go Al Pacino!

  • Glorious. We need people like him to take a flamethrower to a few more institutions: it's a tossup between corporate or federal institutions for me.

  • i was about to cry watching this. haha. brilliant

  • Phillip Seymour Hofmann and Al Pacino together, incredible

  • Fantastic acting from Pacino, but let's not forget the great writing as well. Actors are only as good as their lines.

  • @Perkeno A good actor can save a bad script but a bad actor can't save a good one :P

  • @Perkeno ...perhaps.

  • damn right, no description availiable

  • Al Pacino should've received more Oscars man...but as I read somewhere, the Oscars can be fixed too...so, we all know how good he is anyway. He should've received an award for Godfather Part 2 and some other of his movies. A piece of metal describe an actor's talent.

  • As good as this movie is, my favorite scene is here at the end when Ms Downes meets Col. Slade. Its the most tear dropping scene in the whole movie. I love looking in her eyes as she is fascinated and puzzled at the same time when she encounters Frank. Its my favorite scene in ever. I dont know why, but it is.

  • @6Ott7 wow you're very observant. Her fascination and that smile was very beautiful.

  • fkn amazin acting....be careful what kinda leaders ya makin here....top line folks...x

  • fkn amazin acting....

  • "You better be careful of what kind of leaders your producing here".

  • hoo-ah

  • "I always knew what the right path was. Without exception, I knew, but I never took it. You know why? It was too damn hard."

  • there is nothing like the sight of an amputated soul.. there was a time I could see, and I have seen amazing lines spoken they dont make movies like this anymore classic and beautiful lines very descriptive of life

  • 3:20...priceless

  • Trask = SCHOOLED.

  • Al Pacino ruuulllzzz .... Hoo -ah!!!!

  • two most underrated actors of all time --> Stallone and Al Pacino

  • @mtm0815 : Are you kidding me? Al Pacino, underrated? He's widely regarded as one of the best, if not THE best actor of the last 40 years in American cinema, along with de Niro.

And Stallone is a good actor? Ya kiddin?

  • @Windspirit

    underrated by Oscar

Stallone is a good actor, no kidding

  • @mtm0815 Underrated by the academy awards? He has been nominated 8 times and won 1 time. How is that underrated?

Stallone is a decent actor yes, but Pacino is way outta his league.

  • I'm getting chills

  • You don't know what out of order is Mr. Trask! I would show you but I am too old, I'm to tired and I am too fuckin blind. If I was the man I was 5 years ago, I take a flame thrower to this place.

  • I also like this scene

  • one of the best-greatest-most-fantastic scenes I have ever seen!!!! Al Pacino.. hats off!!!

  • daleahill, you and me both. The best part is "if i was the man i was 5 years ago I'D TAKE A FLAME THROWER TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!"

  • "WHAT LIFE, I GOT NO LIFE"

"I am in the DAARK here, you understand, am in the DAARK"

  • HUAA!!! Great movie with some really great scenes and great things you learn for life.

  • Whoo-ahh!!

  • Life lesson in 9minutes...

  • Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, delivers a monologue like Al Pacino!!

    Pacino = the MAN!! :)

  • Al Pacino is a man of inspirational speeches and a Great actor.

  • Can't stop watching this. I feel i own the world and go out being strong. What a movie !

  • "I'm not finished!" you go Pacino! haha

  • Is that Ronald Wesley

  • @deepakjindal070 where?

  • @orla1234567891011 the second boy, rich father's boy.

  • Intense. Gives me lots of power to going through my days.

    Thanks!

  • "excuse me"

    "no i don't think i will" -what a line!

im not trying to be spiritualistic here or anything, but can anyone else just feel that something phenomenal is about to happen the SECOND pacino opens his mouth!?

  • @JamesSkelley - yes I felt it too!

  • can't stop watching this. is it just me, or do clips like this make people feel....something so much more than when watching a clip tagged "hilarious" etc. granted, they are completely incomparable (lol) but watching a scene like this (and so many others from pacino/de niro) make me feel infinitely "better" than, say, a video of people falling over. duno. anyone?

  • best dare devil argument ever

  • Al pacino is God.... What brilliant actor..............

you seldom feel he's acting... he is so dam fucking natural

  • I work with some snitch's. So I can relate to this.

  • I am curious about the students watching Pacino's performance...they might think:

    "wow..that's brilliant"

  • "Out of order? I show you out of order! You dont know what out of order is Mr. Trask! I'd show you but I'm too old, I'm too tired, I'm too fucking blind. If I were the the man I was five years ago id take a FLAMETHROWER to this place!!!"

I love that line. I love the intensity of pacino when he says it :) thanks for posting 5/5.

  • 10 stars movie. The best

  • "Are you finished, Mr. Slade?"

"No, I'm just getting warmed up."

"As I came in here, I heard those words: cradle of leadership. Well, when the bow breaks, the cradle will fall; and it has fallen here. It has fallen!! Makers of men, creators of leaders: be careful what kind of leaders you're producing here."

  • One of the greatest scenes in movie history. I never get tired of watching this.

  • @daleahill Couldnt agree more

  • @daleahill Just look at the audience during the final applause to the outcome of the disciplinary proceeding: the boys (who have to endure the school, its methods and Trask), are all on their feet, cheering wildly; the adults, parents and relatives who have to pay the Baird school tuition fees., are sitting, perplexed, looking around and at each other... of course, they are part of the Establishment and would have liked that Trask had it his way... Gheorghij

  • @daleahill the same thing here man !!!

  • @daleahill It is the greatest scene in movie history!

  • i lOvE him

  • HOO-AH!

  • "And that, my friends, is called integrity! That's called courage! Now that's the stuff leaders should be made of. Now I have come to the crossroads in my life. I always knew what the right path was. Without exception, I knew. But I never took it. You know why? It was too damn hard. Now here's Charlie. He's come to the crossroads. He has chosen a path. It's the right path. It's a path made of principle -- that leads to character..."

  • "You are a cover-up artist and you are a liar."

    "But not a snitch."

    "Excuse me?"

    "No, I don't think I will."

"What kind of a show are you guys putting on here today? I mean, the class in this 'act' is sitting next to me, and I'm here to tell you this boy's soul is intact; it's non-negotiable. You know how I know? Someone here, and I'm not gonna' say who, offered to buy it. Only Charlie here wasn't selling."

  • 2:22: I took a flamethrower to this place !

  • Every time I see this movie or clips from it it moves me its so fantastic ,amazing Al did it justice by taking the role and acting in this movie , amazing and briliant

  • "I don't know if Charlie's silence here today is right or wrong; I'm not a judge or jury. But I can tell you this: he won't sell anybody out to buy his future! And that, my friends, is called Integrity; that's called Courage. Now that's the stuff leaders should be made of."

  • "Out of order?! I'll show you out of order!!"

"If I were the man I was 5 years ago, I'd take a flamethrower to this place!!"

"You hurt this boy, you're gonna be Baird Bums, the lot of you. And Harry, Jimmy, Trent, wherever you are out there, f*** you, too!!"

"Mr Charles Simms is excused from any further response to this incident."

    "Hoo-ah!!"
