sciatica is different. you need to stretch the muscles that are pinching on your sciatica. although if you are pregnant it is possible your baby is sitting on your sciatica in which case you are out of luck. But try stretching the external rotator muscles placing your foot (on the side that hurts) on top of your other knee while seated and lean forward. this will alleviate it somewhat. and perhaps a warm bath with Epsom salts. no hot bath if you are pregnant.
A common concern is that Low Back Pain or LBP during pregnancy can lead to LBP after pregnancy.

oh im gonna try this. i have sciatica and i find it really hard to sleep :( seems to hurt more when im in bed tryin to relax !!
