R.I.P Captain Phil Harris. Beloved Father, Remarkable Captain, and all around an incredible man. Many of us would of wished to have a Father like you. What the fleet did, how they honored his passing by joining up together to send off his ashes, was just breath-taking to witness. This is why I love Deadliest Catch. I think by airing his final moments, and the fleet's tribute, it gave all his beloved fans the closure we needed.

My favorite captain. Always will be. Was the reason I watched DC.
