Her voice is just fine, but the interpretation is so rushed I feel. Perhaps as part of a play this would fit as it is very impassioned and sexy, but as a solo aria I think it should have been a bit slower and passionate. At any rate, very fine performance.

I've watched many versions of je te veux and I think that this is the most aprox. to Satie's time and style of all. Don't forget It was composed in verism time (1902). Irina gives fire and feeling to this wonderful song. The crescendo finale it't very effectist and in no case betrays original composition. Braba !!
