This video should be removed as it shows poor kitchen skills. For a start she should not be honing her knife like that. The steel should be pressed onto the board and the knife passed along the length of the blade and steel. In the end she ended up with a platter full of small shreded pieces of turkey and a large amount of meat left on the bird. This is not teaching anyone how to carve a turkey, this is how to mutilate a turkey.
