This is obviously fake. If you take a closer look at 0:59 , you may see that the water droplets are going from the table and into the glass. That means that the person who did this, in advance, has frozen the water into ice, started the camera, then trying to do it in reverse. He has then put the glass on the table, turned off the camera and waited until the water melted. Then he has started recording again.
