Lakyn passed into the next chapter of her life on March 6, 2011, one year and one day after she went into the hospital for a revision to her stump. RIP Lakyn

I found out today about her death. The paper reported that the cause was yet to be determined. She was reportedly ill before her death. RIP Lakyn.

It is no wonder that she had gone down with her bike.

Wow,she is so nice and lovely. My wife also lost her left leg above the knee, but she hasn't been able to ride a bike ever since.
