Dude it weird that metal core ( doom metal) would be popular now. I remember going to hardcore shows and wearing punk stud belts and all this shit was underground. Now every thing is so main stream. Make me sick that there are little kids who were Misfit and slayer shirts and who don't know who the bands are. LOL........ If I was at this show I would be the only 7 or 8 year old moshing . Old school hardcore forever !!!!!!
Terrific! I'm afraid we'll have to make do with the two studio albums - their site is still stuck in 03-01-2008. Both are in my all-time metal top-10.
freakin awesome band! A ton of people hated them (well the metalheads I knew) because it was TOO OUT THERE. but that's what sets them apart! odd time sigs, so called out of key vocal (its not), it was hard to grasp.
On another note, this waterpark i recall was shady back in 1990? I had a cousin that lived near this place and he use to tell me stories about drug addicts hanging out there and just general pervs and peepin toms!!!!! hahahaha.
@thrasher123 Yeah when I started to all the shows starting in 1995 at Fitzgeralds there were so many good bands. On another note hell yeah there were a lot of pervs my mother would let me and my sister go any more in 97. The place went to shit by 99. The Alief area is ghetto now.
many babies were slaughtered during the making of this film.
just discovered confessor a few weeks ago and they have re-sparked my interest in metal, that's saying a lot for me these days.
any other recommendations for this kind of tech/doom type metal...preferably stuff that is raw as hell (i don't like the new studio shine on most new metal albums).
You should dig up the early demos of the Maryland band Revelation. I also recommend any Spirit Caravan, or anything with Whino on it. Nasty Savage was cool, in a jeuvenile sort of way. My overall number one suggestion is any pre-1993 Trouble, or Pentagram.
Thanks for posting this!!! amazing, confessor is one of my favourite bands, and this mys friend is what you can call a diamond eheheh!! please share more! or, can you "distribute" the whole concert?!?! that would be something!! cheers
G O D L Y !One of the few bands that can stand next to the throne of the Almighty WATCHTOWER...Vocals "higher than heaven" n completely expressive,twisted drummer,guitars with feeling n technique,sick bass guitar!You can see the potential although they were at the beginning...G R E A T B A N D !I D E M A N D A N E W A L B U M N O W ! ! !
Wow....now that is Old-School!!! Jim (Mobley), told me about the waterpark thing, now I have seen it. You can't mistake Graham and his Les Paul, it's good to see him when he was still with the band. Who is that asshole doing the interview? He needs to go. Nasty Ronnie sends his thanks for the props. Oh by the way, Scott, you've got great legs. ...LMAO
Amazing band, love those VHS-footages!

Chris Adler of Lamb of God mentions this band at his clinics (San Antonio). Caught his eye and has me checking them out. Great music.
