You who think that any of the officer's stories were borne out have yet to see video that was only released to the public AFTER it was used and viewed at trial, where all of the allegations against her were shown to be false and all of her story was shown to be true.
Maybe if you actually watched footage now available on YOUTUBE to that extent your assumptions as to her demeanor and character would be less racist than those of the officers, none of which ever sought medical attention as she did.
Sorry to inform you but at trial it was revealed that she did not curse, and that there was no assault at police and that they were continuously willing to drop all such charges in favor of one misdemeanor charge.

Medical treatment by a professional is a prerequisite to making any such claims in or out of court, and the Officers showed their racism and a KKK card to the family to convince them not to attend a rally and march immediately before the events.

I just was looking on this site and saw a story about a woman who sold her five year old daughter as a sex slave, and a black man bought, raped, and killed her. Black men are vulnerable to the drug enviroment, because most black men are raised and live in these horrible situations. If they cant find a job, then the temptation of making the quick dollar from selling drugs will always rear its ugly head to them. Most of them dont want to do that, but at that point, they need the money to provide for their families. Inevitably, they get arrested, and sent off to jail. Now, they really cant provide for their families. Its a complicated issue with black men.
And now that they have gone to jail for selling drugs, it looks as if the black man doesnt take of his family, which is overwhelmingly deceptive when talking about this issue. Thats the main reason why black men dont have relationships with their children. Of course, there are some dumbass guys out here who are immature, but thats with every race. First of all, black mothers take good care of their children (considering the situation theyre in). As far as the fathers not being there, thats the same with every race, its just black men are percieved as low-lifes because of their lifestyles. White men who arent in their childrens lives arent talked about, because they PROVIDE child support and the child isnt in a desperate situation, which makes it seem as if the white kid is okay. The black family has a harder time providing for their kids.
The average black man does work hard to provide for their child, even if they arent in the child's life on a daily basis. THATS not mentioned when you mention black men and their children. You may not want to admit this, but black people (mainly men) will have a hard time finding employment, which creates agitation. They want to provide for their families, but if they cant obtain employment, it becomes harder to do this. Which eventually leads to selling drugs, which leads to jail.

Its not believable that someone would just jump in front of others in line, knowingly doing it. If she thought others werent in line, then thats technically not skipping in line. Thats probably what happen, and the customers (who most likely were ol' white racist) caused a scene, making her look like she was skipping in line. If she did what she did, its unfortunate because we all know why she did it, she probably had had enough of the racism in that town, which she just exploded in Walmart. You have to reaize the aspects of her life in a racist town. It is tremendously aggravating dealing with racism, especially when the racist KNOW that she has a bright future in science & medicine. That makes racism even more dangerous, because they want to tarnish and ruin your reputation, so you'll have a hard time in college.
This is the main reason why we (as black people) have the violent image. This goes back to good ol days of racism, where black people used there physical power against racism, rather than the mental power to overcome. Police abuse, racism, discrimination in work, trying to get work, school, all create a misguided anger or aggression with black people. We fight amongst ourselves, when we should be fighting the ones who created that anger and violence within us.
I was being discriminated against at Westwood College, where a staff member mislead me (lets say he decieved me). I was told to leave the campus, and I was leaving. He stopped me, and told me that I should wait, because he had some info for me. Come to find out, he just kept me on campus to have a sheriff escort me off the campus. I told him I was already leaving, why would he make me stay on campus, just to be escorted off campus? That creates a JUSTIFIED anger against the racism.
Ive seen different versions of this story, which we will never know the truth. This guy though, seems to not want to admit that its possible that there was racism involved. He has probably never experienced racism before, so he has a distorted view of this issue. Ive had experiences in the past, that brought about that "nigga disorder", where you feel discriminated against. Its not that easy to just walk away in situations like that, giving that there are some nasty racist out here. Not easy....
But in a town known for racism, its not that easy to just walk away. Insults, provoking, racial remarks, dealing with that on a daily basis will frustrate ANYBODY eventually. Police don't ask people "kindly to leave". Police give tickets or put handcuffs on people in order for their precinct to recieve monetary compensation for all the arrestees or tickets.

You who think that any of the officer's stories were borne out have yet to see video that was only released to the public AFTER it was used and viewed at trial, where all of the allegations against her were shown to be false and all of her story was shown to be true.

Medical treatment by a professional is a prerequisite to making any such claims in or out of court, and the Officers showed their racism and a KKK card to the family to convince them not to attend a rally and march immediately before the events.

My facts are straighter than Indian hair my friend. She was accused of cutting in line and instead of trying to calmly explain herself or just walk away when asked to leave the establishment, she instead decided to knock items off the conveyor belt, curse up a storm and make a scene. The police were rightfully called in and she was again asked to leave before she proceeded to assaulting the cops.

First of all, black mothers take good care of their children (considering the situation theyre in). As far as the fathers not being there, thats the same with every race, its just black men are percieved as low-lifes because of their lifestyles. White men who arent in their childrens lives arent talked about, because they PROVIDE child support and the child isnt in a desperate situation, which makes it seem as if the white kid is okay. The average black man does work hard to provide for their child, even if they arent in the child's life on a daily basis. THATS not mentioned when you mention black men and their children. You may not want to admit this, but black people (mainly men) will have a hard time finding employment, which creates agitation. They want to provide for their families, but if they cant obtain employment, it becomes harder to do this. Which eventually leads to selling drugs, which leads to jail.

All i can really say about the comments that you've sent me via e-mail is that they are true. However, Blacks and Whites have the will power to make their own decisions. You still seem to blaming the problems of the Black people as a whole on something other than personal choices.

But some people are literally trapped in a bad situation. I wouldnt say trapped, but like in gangs and such, its hard to just get up and leave that situation, due to financial reasons and death threats. Yeah, young gang members are threaten if they choose to leave a gang. Also, Im not defending her supposed actions, Im looking at all aspects of the issue, just like with anything else. I dont condone black violence, nor defend the people who behave that way. But I realize that difficulties exist.

Its not believable that someone would just jump in front of others in line, knowingly doing it. If she thought others werent in line, then thats technically not skipping in line. Thats probably what happen, and the customers (who most likely were ol' white racist) caused a scene, making her look like she was skipping in line. She felt insulted, and argued with the other customers, and maybe the employees believed that she jumped in line. So she has everyone against her, not easy to deal with.

Looking at my post, I noticed that almost all of my post have a negative rating on it. Now, Im taking a devil's advocate approach to the issue, so my opinion is non-bias. So how can people give me negative points for my post? That seems strange, almost as if some of you are racist your damn selves, whove heard about me, and know Im trying to change the world and all, and you want to ruin my reputation. This happens all of the time. You see it when Sheniquia is in line and at the counter. Then Yolonda who has'nt finished shopping gets in line when she's done. They cut into the line with out respect to the other people who have waited in the proper manner. You can tell she's a Ghetto Girl. I hope she gets what she deserves. It's also funny how the people behind her want to believe her lies to them. Their only fooling themselves.

I just read an article that said she was pushing other people's items off of the conveyor belt and then customers started getting physical with her for that.

"Hurt and embarrassed"?? She acted like a thug and cut in front of people waiting in line- and then tried to bully her way out of it. The people behind her found it rude and offensive. They complained. She got belligerent, with everyone involved.

And she had no need to explain anything else to the employee, unless she wanted to tell the manager that the employee is accusing her of cutting in line. She had no need to get all violent about someone accusing her of cutting in line, thats retarded and not believable. She may have been upset, but that may have come from the racism along with the accusations of cutting in line. It wasnt the accusations, it was the knowledge and experiences she has had in the past that caused the anger.

Do honestly think that the media would say that she is facing prison time for cutting in line at Wal-Mart? Nobody would believe that, but they would check the video or the sources out to see whats going on. On top of that, the media always tries to slander or give a bad image of a black person, so they wouldve actually mentioned everything about the issue and her "previous aggressive history". If she did what she did, its unfortunate because we all know why she did it, she probably had had enough of the racism in that town, which she just exploded in Walmart. You have to reaize the aspects of her life in a racist town. It is tremendously aggravating dealing with racism, especially when the racist KNOW that she has a bright future in science & medicine. That makes racism even more dangerous, because they want to tarnish and ruin your reputation, so you'll have a hard time in college.

This is the main reason why we (as black people) have the violent image. This goes back to good ol days of racism, where black people used there physical power against racism, rather than the mental power to overcome. Police abuse, racism, discrimination in work, trying to get work, school, all create a misguided anger or aggression with black people. I was being discriminated against at Westwood College, where a staff member mislead me (lets say he decieved me). I was told to leave the campus, and I was leaving. He stopped me, and told me that I should wait, because he had some info for me. Come to find out, he just kept me on campus to have a sheriff escort me off the campus. I told him I was already leaving, why would he make me stay on campus, just to be escorted off campus? That creates a JUSTIFIED anger against the racism.

Ive seen different versions of this story, which we will never know the truth. This guy though, seems to not want to admit that its possible that there was racism involved. He has probably never experienced racism before, so he has a distorted view of this issue. Ive had experiences in the past, that brought about that "nigga disorder", where you feel discriminated against. Its not that easy to just walk away in situations like that, giving that there are some nasty racist out here. Not easy....

But in a town known for racism, its not that easy to just walk away. Insults, provoking, racial remarks, dealing with that on a daily basis will frustrate ANYBODY eventually. And since shes in med school, the racism will be even more antagonizing. And for you to say that you can tell what a person is like by looking at their face is sterotyping, the problem thats related to this situation in the first place. Shes dealing with racist people, where the employee made her look like the sterotyped "black thug" to other people in a crowded store. The colour of her skin has nothing to do with the facts. She was acting like a chimp and was given sufficient time to leave the premises and she did not. The cashier told her to leave, the manager, the security and then the police. Unless they had her bound and gagged, she wanted this.
