In December 07, Spiral on Jonathan Ross Show filled in for a drummer who was ill. Mark Ronson was due to play Oh My God with Kaiser Chiefs . With no drummer, he said to the crowd "is there a drummer around?", Spiral replied. , had a quick warm up then played the song perfectly. Afterwards, he stated his love for the Kaiser Chiefs music as the main reason he knew the song so well Spiral can clearly be seen at the drums with his trademark backwards baseball cap.
