I have a soul and I love animals and love living and working with them.The fact is though that we,human beings,are different from animals. And yes, they are beneath us humans on a "food chain". If you eat meat than you also believe that animals are "beneath us". I do respect animals and do not endorse the destroying of an animal unless necessary,but we need meat in our diets. See, why does the world strive so hard to save animals but murder babies. This is my position and this is where I stand.

Well,I think the results are sad and the people,if they are not joking, are messed up in the mind.Why,because a dog is a creature that has no soul and does not think like a human being.Don't get me wrong I love my dog,but I understand the difference between a dog and a human.Your spouse is the one whom you can talk to;they will respond back.They want/wanted to get to know what makes you happy.They care/cared about you.Its your fault if you have not strived to make it last.

@TheSuperShadowCat What bugged me about these results that almost 90% think that their dog loves them better than their spouse. Your dog doesn't love you that much, it's dependant on you, no reason to get so sentimental. Dogs follow and stick to someone through the instinct of pack, not human love. If you're not able to understand this before all else, you're on the way to ruin the stability and balanced nature of your dog which it needs badly..

@Ningirsutyr Nicely said.When I said I "love" dogs;I did NOT mean romantically or with any kind of passion.I meant more of a feeling of caring (not motherly) and yes,respect.I think the term love is now used just as a little bit stronger than liking something; which is not what it means. So,I apologize for my wrong use of the word "love";it should actually only be used at special times.

Anyway,I DO agree with what you stated and appreciate that someone else understands what I generally meant.
