What God has done in my life in the past month has made it possible for me to quit, for he gives me strenght in times of temptation, and what i like to think about everytime i wanna smoke again, If how jesus died on the cross for our sins so we can spend eternity in heaven with him, and then i think the least i can do is not smoke this weed. Because it alters your mind and is against the Bible and it will be easy for your mind to be decevied when under the influence of it.

Everything God created is good, but all these good things can be turned into evil. Sexual relations are good within marriage, but adultery is evil. Before you write a song speaking for other christians about how weed is bad, maybe you should do your homework and find out its not so easily dismissable as a sin. There isnt any basis for what you are saying in the bible. It has already been proven that cannibis smokers get lung cancer at the same rates as NON-SMOKERS. Also, many researchers now beleive it has the power to fight cancer. It is a medicinal drug. If you take tylenol then you are sinning just as much as us smokers are.

Although the Bible mentions weed, it was the kind that interferes with agriculture (Genesis 3:18) - By definition Thistle in this verse means Any of numerous weedy plants, chiefly of the genera Cirsium, Carduus, or Onopordum of the composite family, having prickly leaves and variously colored flower heads surrounded by prickly bracts.
