you feel the magic sortof only when harrison ford is in the scene, the rest feels like over the top nonsense that doesnt hold much value, true there is a legend of skulls but aliens as the focal point....come on at least put an origanal idea on the table, and make it less about his son then him. i cant blame you for liking it only if you have never seen or barely remember the origanla, for us that do this was garbage.

Indiana Jones is the worst movie in film history relative to the level of talent involved. Old Indie? They could have dyed his hair, caked on the make-up, strapped on a girdle, given him a digital face lift and let the stunt men do the rest. Indie has a son? There is only one Jones. Marion is back? She was just a fling, move on. Aliens? How about one of a million other ancient artifacts they could used as a mcguffin. No Nazis? Doesn't feel like a Spielberg flick. Nuke proof fridge? Uh...

This was a good movie but I would just have really preferred it if Indy was called Indiana Jones more than Henry Jones Jr.

I actually liked Crystal Skull a lot because it made itself unique from the previous Indy films & the artifact is one of the most interesting artifacts in the whole film series.

My ranking for the films are:

#1: Raiders of the Lost Ark

#2: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

#3: The Last Crusade

#4: The Temple of Doom

I like the serious alot and what not. Though this movie does not look that real great, based on some of the stuff I have heard. Though I still want to go see it for myself. Really though, the third was my fav. so I doubt this one will change that. o wellz, great review. Also, ya I heard its plot really is lacking.

Raiders of the Lost Ark is my number 1 fave Indy film...when I got home Sunday after watching the film, I had an Indy marathon...Raiders still holds up, Temple of Doom aged, and is not aging well, and Crusade is great because of Sean Connery, and it was a fitting end to the trilogy...but now, we have the 4th one, which lies somewhere between 1 and 3 :) Thx for watching! So, Manny, I guess it's 3 out of 4 now (good May movies this year, compared to 1 out of 3 last year, and that one is only half of Spidy and half of Pirates, but only because I'm a huge fan).

hi PrincessOliviaB...War Inc. was just okay for me...good premise, but the plot didn't converge well...but Hillary Duff stole the show! Who knew she can act? But War Inc was predictable...I predicted Hillary's character...and the villain...But I always love John Cusack...he's great in person, have you seen my 1408 interview with him?
