i read in "friendship with god" by neale donald walsch, that if you meditate, fully calm the mind of thoughts and then focus on the third eye and stare into the darkness, if you see a blue flame or dancing light and merge with it, you will have been one with the center of your soul and will know the essence of everyone else.
