Pause it at 1:12 right before the clip cuts off, it was clearly someone backstage holding a curtain or outfit of some sort. Small plays go directly behind the backgroun prop to change clothes for different scenes. The uploader just cut the vid off right when this happened to get views.

After watching it like 4 times I finally saw it. This could be several possibilities. 1. If it truly is a backstage person the outfit seems white, and backstage people would NEVER white during a performance. Always complete black. So if it is a human that guy should be fired. Also after her song if it goes to a black-out then it still might be a backstage person. 2. it is probably do to quality but it doesn't look very detailed because of the lighting. So is it a ghost or not? Possibly.
