When I lived in Puerto Rico 10 years ago I notice the difrence from the watter faucet, even when I showered every day here in WI my skin started to crack and itch. I didin't know about this cause in PR I drink from the watter faucet. without any problem what so ever. These problems started here in Wisconsin with stomach pain and knee problems, ever since I started listening to Alex Jones I've awaken and now I see it in a whole new perspective way of taking care of my self and famaly. It is always much easier to prevail against a corporation or industry that breaks legally accepted industry standards, e.g. negligently allowing vermin to die in and be a part of your big mac: this is a slam dunk, however what you are talking about is trying to overturn establishment, scientific consensus. Now do I believe the consensus is right or at all valid and widespread as they claim, no way...but can people like us win in court, I would have to say no way again.

Yes but everyone willingly accepts that a rat in a burger is bad news and unacceptable, the government or water companies would bring out their own army of 'experts', who would argue the efficacy and safety of fluoride. Also, do you really think that the same court system that allows torture and the illegal income tax would ultimately side with an anti-fluoride class action? The best thing to do is make sure your own water supply is safe and educate you family and friends.

The Reason:

Blood that is taken from everyone is data based. There are only 2 or 3 major blood types. The drug company's formulate the drugs they sell to the masses through Doctors, are formulated for the major blood types... So in effect they control the population through the Doctors, they are told to give you certain medication because your INSURANCE company will only cover this particular type of meds. Why? Because of Your DNA or Blood type. What do your MEDS HAVE IN THEM?? Hmm?

You know, it's a bit like people trying to sue telecommunications, tobacco, big pharma or other big corporations, the hardest part is to prove the chain of causation. You can be a brain dead, crippled, or a massively damaged individual, but if there are a number of other possible causes of your condition, the chain is too remote and the bad guys win. The problem with fluoridation, is that the effects are subtle and manifest over many years, making it very hard to prove it as a direct cause.

Yes but that is a subjective statement to just say "each of us has damage". I believe the fluoride is damaging, I just don't think it would be possible to prevail in court. The government or water companies would bring an army of medical doctors, who would say you're healthy and have suffered no damage, thus, no cause of action. If you have bone cancer or a low IQ, you have to show a chain of causation, directly linking fluorinated water with the said conditions.

The problem is, you have to have a cause of action, i.e. you need to show that you suffered some damage personally, which means a concern about the policy of fluoridation isn't necessarily enough. I suspect such a case would be thrown out at summary judgement. The woman that sued McDonalds was able to proceed because she suffered burns because of the hot coffee.

I suppose there could be an argument that could be stated that "hot coffee burns" is an acute damage. Whereas, "purposeful" accumulation of a toxic poison is a chronic damage. So, then the merits of the suit is argued from the stance that, while there is no evidence of acute damage, chronic damage sustained could be investigated.

I was reading that in 1940 the average intake of fluoride was 1 PPM now it is 8 PPM today. It is in all our food, all our produce, toothpaste. And the studies show that it is not good for your teeth. In New Zealand, they did a study there that actually showed that the children who were exposed to this fluoridated water , their teeth were worse in that study and they had more tooth decay! It gets in your bones and causes osteoporosis. It also contributes to down-syndrome in babies. Wow !
