Great advice..and so true! I'm guilty, I know..vacation = eat whatever I want LOL Luckily, I have no life ..so vacations or even full days off are very, very few and far between LOL <3
great tips.. one thing that helps me is when I go to family's houses in central washington I bring a little cooler with my food in it. then I don't have the excuse to eat what they have or go out as much!! Happy Holidays!

How can I stop craving chocolate? It's too hard. I'm trying hard not to have any chocolate bars and I try eating a small piece every now and then. Chocolate is my weakness.
I have a christmas calender which lets me eat a lil bit everyday :) But usually when I exercise everyday I find that cravings go away so much easier. Just plan your day and when you think of chocolate think ahead to the time you allocated that day to exercise and be like "do I really wanna have to work THAT much harder?" :P works for me

My wife and I went to Hawaii in 2004. first thing we did??? went to the grocery store. Best way to enjoy food on vacation and save a ton of loot.
