Its jerky for me too, but I'm pretty sure its because of my limited CPU processing. If only flash would output to DShow or Direct X or something..

hmm..reading your comments, have you tried Growler Guncam?  You can select uncompressed or simple compression for better capturing (lower CPU load), and you can select a portion of the screen for capturing.
