I can feel that pain as you spoke. The sun always comes out in the end, no matter how dark the clouds....that is what I remind myself when shadows come to visit....I wrote a poem a little similar to a stage on from this 'Into the Light'...maybe you might like it. Thanks for sharing this. Sunbeam :)

a friend of mine from a while back once wrote,
...its a well known saying
that the rosses need the rain
so surely it must follow
that the poet needs the pain
it was greatly theraputic to put it into words. i guess thats whats great about poetry and writting in general
