I love this film - we watched a bit of it in class and i bought it. Shame we are only doing the politics behind Irish freedom, not the whole thing even though its a history lesson!

what is the music that starts at 0:21?

why can't Northern Ireland join Southern Ireland as part of the Republic? I know that the Ulster area was much more industrialised and richer in the 1900s, but now it must all be roughly the same?

this a very poor film, it shows Eamon De Valera in a pragmatic light. Collins and Dev, both great men but the film depicts that Dev was a coward. If you want to watch a factually correct film, watch 'The Treaty.'
