The reason it said TBC instead of WotLK during the loading screen is because the area is part of TBC's expansion pack (the location I mean). It also says that when you are in the Outlands and other post TBC areas of Azeroth. In WotLK areas it says WotLK, and in post expansion areas, it just says World of Warcraft.
