@xINZigHT Yes as the description indicates. It's an easy effect to do with just about any video editor. The interesting thing is why people think it's fake or real. That is when the irrational beliefs and speculation based on false and unproven assertions come out. It's fascinating. What usually happens is someone has a "personal experience" and there is no way to argue rationally or even suggest there might be an alternative reason for their experience. It's understandable though.

Please send me a link to evidence that makes you a huge believer in ghosts, I'd like to see it. By the way what makes you think this is fake? Is it because it looks real? If I shook the camera and made it blurry and used nightshot and ran screaming, would that help?

I want to make a video to compare two boxers who haven't fought each other to compare their speed and style in real time. Perhaps one of the boxers can be 'ghosted'. Do you think this can be done? How difficult would it be? Any tips?

you would need to have similar perspectives of the ring for the duration of the comparison. Y dont you split screen the boxers? Do it in sequences demonstrating jabs, power punchs etc. put a stopwatch on them to show speed of punches. I think the camera angles would change too fast to allow the type of comparison you're looking for.

Go play guitar hero. Photoshop? Do some reading if you know how before posting. The next thing you say is it can be done with a computer and camera. DOYEE!

Pretty much easy to do. If you use Adobe after Effects you can make this easily. Just record you, or a friend with a Green Screen behind you.. Walk throught the Green Screen..Then in after effects, use keying to take out the green, and put the recorded clip into a room with nothing or something like that. Then put the recorded guy on the room and make the layer of the guy with low opacity..

Thats the way to do it if you want to spend hrs of useless time. Just take 1 still frame from the vid and then overlay the vid portion with movement over it and lower the opacity. it take about a minute. After effect is more suited to pictures. There is no need for green screen etc. T

Not really trying to sell it. It's a composite using Vegas Pro although you could use weaker programs to do this quite easily. In the video response above I used Particle Illusion 3 to make the dark cloud entity effect which required using blockers and motion tracking and keyframing. Check it out. It's a total spoof but people just don't get it. We do a haunted house in that building every year and we shoot a short vid for the people in line to watch before they go in. Each year we do a different theme.

I use Vegas Pro and Particle Illusion 3. There are some good tutorials on using masking effects. Using motion tracking with compositing will make a more convincing fake because most fakes use a static camera shot. The ghost vids most people think are real are the ones that use nightshot and are blurry/grainy/shaky etc. I used Particle Illusion 3 in the above video response to create the dark moving cloud effect.

Your right there is a shadow however there is no evidence as to whether or not a ghost can cast a shadow. My position is that something that can be seen is capable of casting a shadow. Even hot air or certain invisible gas vapors cast shadows. There simply is no proof just speculation and unsubstantiated belief, therefore not a fact.
