  • And it all started in Prosperous Kildare for Planxty.. some of the musicians that played in these early sessions with planxty and christy still play in Prosperous every friday night..

    You are correct Siobhan, I'm a West Limerick man and was corrected by many people locally and over the border (Kerry) where the Cliffs of Dooneen were, great song though, captures everything about that part of Ireland.
