there are only a few good hit locations in amtgard, they hard part is getting to the final killing blow. i dont see what the problem is with using the openings that are open to me. i can understand that the "three shots" are good stepping stones for any lefty that fights rightys regularly and that most will progress with time. i would like to see some fighting videos of you so i can see you using something other than the three shots in your video so i might really learn something.
The video does indeed show the three main shots a left does, but to be fair there are only a few shots in amtgard, its all about how you get to the end result. Right handed fighters throw the same few shots too but they just have a less direct approach. Instead of just saying what they are doing wrong, show something else that can be done, show a different shot. or a few different shots.
There are many shots available in Amtgard, and good fighters throw a number of different shots. The goal of the video is not to spoon feed Lefties three MORE shots, but rather to remove the training wheels so they are forced to innovate on their own.
As a lefty who foam-fights and regularly kills many, many people with those shots, I appreciate what you are doing. I die a little inside, every time I kill an 8-10 year vet with a fake-and-cross. Spread the word, make us work for it. It's the only way we can improve.

The point of the video is that the lefty already knows this stuff. It's Lefty 101. A surprising number of righties, however, appear to have no clue.
