You are NOT pressurizing the vial correctly.. you are supposed to pull the plunger when its OUTSIDE the vial, pull back to lets say 3ML if you want 3ML or B water then push the air into the vial.. the liquid will come right out with no effort, i see you're pulling quite hard to get the water out and its because you are not pushing any air..

@akrondude on that 1/2 cc should be 20 unit its says it on the right side 5, 10 15, 20, 25, 30 ect: u can start at 20 and see if its enough to curb ur hunger if not take it to 25 units ok good luck

Colin, thanks for all the great vids! I got Hucog in the yesterday and will start next week. It says "For intramuscular injections only" on the box, but the kit I ordered has these little insulin syringes. What do I do?? Can I inject IM with these syringes?

ok so my husband is 400lbs and he is starting this tomorrow so i was wondering i have the insulin needles at u100 which equal 1ml if he is supposed to take 200 a day where should i draw the needle to also he is going to do the 43 day plan obviously and since we are starting on a thursday we will skkip every sunday so drawing up 40 needles will still suffice right? o and on his load days does he still recieve the shot?

@HCgDietRevealed Hi Colin I bought my HCG HUCOG 5000iu and B12 vials...I see you say use 5 and 5 Vs. the 5 and 10 method I've seen on here and I understand it is due to 23 and 40 day doses. I plan to go to 34lbs or 40 days my first round my questions is would you recommend mixing a 23 day dose then mixing a second for the last half of my round or just using 10ml bac water in the beginning to my the 40 day supply?
