@knobylob no they found it to hard to reproduce so they replaced it with the brush instead but they do sell eyeliner value packs around christmas usually so you could probably get one of those since they are only about 25 dollars usually

I think one of the cool things about gift sets is that they make high end products more accessible. I would normally not buy a Tarte LipSurgence tint because they're $24 each, but the gift set this Christmas has 5 full sized products and it's $29 at Ulta. They're a great way to try expensive products so you can decide if you want to splurge on that brand in the future.
