It's an episode where Niles and Frasier try to join together to do a therapy group and they start fighting so they try to resolve the problems with the therapist next door and Niles and re-telling a story about Daphne where she tells them how she faked out her noisy neighbors (she can hear their noisy sex through the wall) by pretending to have sex with a guy-- and in Niles' imagination, she acted it out-- that's what that was ;-)

@metalghost7 The one at 1:07 is an episode called "Sliding Frasiers." Daphne had sauce on her nose ;) And I know I've seen 1:35 cause of the yoga thing, where Niles can't get good at it, until near the end but when he gets the move he "breaks his body" lol
