False unity offers no long-term bennefits to anyone. When we have something to really unite around, it will happen without all of the coercion, cajoling, and gimmicks.

The Obama plan for our economy has a few effective elements, and a lot of excess baggage that will not really stimulate the economy for the poor and middle-class who need it the most. Some may even have a detremental effect on the poor.

Wow, people don't like the truth... The demand for work is to high with the immigrant labor in the state. The bailout needs to be 10%GDP. This small is just pissing in the rain. Make the package bigger or cut the number of workers in the county. Period

The dems don't need republicans to pass this bill. They just want some on board so when it flops, they share the blame.
