Is this just a Napalm Death documentary? I skipped through a lot of it, did they even cover Bolt Thrower? "In Battle There Is No Law" is the best Grind album ever put to wax. Unseen Terror's "Human Error" is brilliant too; Grind with more in common with Crossover Thrash than Death Metal...believe it!

I find it abit weird that this documentary is all about Grindcore and Death Metal yet it has a Industrial Metal band included, GODFLESH. I never understood how some people honestly called them Grindcore. The only thing that cattered to that was/is Justin's vocals. I think it's cool though that GODFLESH has a connection with Grindcore even though they are different. Godflesh EP, Streetcleaner, Pure & Selfless were and still are very innovative. They are still the heaviest band on earth.

I think the confusion comes from 'grindcore' being what Earache were calling their sound back in the day, that included many bands with different styles but it had a different meaning than what we have today. Look at the title of some of their early compilations (Grindcrusher I&II, Gods of Grind etc..)

Terrorizer was the first grind band i think. they recorded "world downfall" and then broke up. members then went on to form morbid angel and napalm death. napalm deaths scum came out around '87 and terrorizer world downfall was released around '89. but that album (world downfall) was written recorded before '87. maybe i am wrong but that was always my understanding.
