Just an update for everyone, she DID get a callback recently for Anna. :) They asked her to read for Wendla and then she went back and read for Anna and sang My Junk for Jim Carnahan. Cross you fingers!

Not yet! Although she just did a Spring Awakening workshop where she read for the casting directors for Wendla and she thinks they liked her so cross your fingers! Hopefully when they need a replacement they'll call her back to audition again.

how did you record the instrumentals?

I used a PC program called Session, its basically GarageBand for PCs. I hooked my keyboard into my PC and recorded all of the different instraments with it.

I kind of just guessed. Its pretty basic, aucoustic guitar, violin, strings, and chimes. I love the software though, all of the karaoke track that I made on youtube I made with it.
