im 5''1, 14 years old and weigh 139 pounds. yeah, overweight. so, instead of going to the gym and getting tired easily on the treadmill and getting bored, ive decided to turn to workouts like this and aerobics which are fun!:D im looking to do this for about 2 hours a day so if i do things like this^^^ and another variety of aerobics, how much will i lose in three weeks? i want to get really fit before i go back to school:)
@kimymx if you have no recent previous excersize you can damage your body by doing too much too fast.. . Your body needs time to rest . keep it steady and get a good rutine down and you will loose the weight and feal great in no time! Now since you are young and resiliant, 1hr a day or every other day i think would work well for you. In my opinion you could loose 10 or 15 pounds in a month with a rutine like that.
I lost 19 pounds from doing this and i gained it back when i stopped working out but i am back! so sub to my channel if you are trying to lose weight too.....lets encourage eachother
