Later Nixon had it taken out.
The intimacy, casual movements, and stunning clear bright color of this is nothing short of amazing. Wish FDR himself were a little clearer, but still a great historical find.
I'd love to watch this, but youtube seems to have singled this video out as one of the ones that only loads at about 2k/sec.

great video. I love the fact that they used to wear top hats for the inaugural. I wonder why that custom stopped?
