You have a beautiful voice and very good technique. I really love this song and Linda Eder's version. So when I tell you that I love your version as much as hers it's a great compelemt. Beautiful.
I've always envied people with natural vibrato in their voices like you, so I dont think that theres anything wrong with your vibrato at all. Frankly, I love your vibrato. And I agree, the breathing could be better, but then again, this is better than good for a live preformance. Which is how this song is meant to be preformed anyways. Beautiful beautiful voice!
I've always hated my "machine gun" vibrato, but you use your natural vibrato (which is a little faster than most, like mine!! hehe) so beautifully! LOVE LOVE love this recording :) You sound so lovely
lol, i thought i was the only one that called it that. XD i have all sorts of names for vibrato- "waterfall", "machine gun", "bird trill", "gravel driveway", "pebbles on the beach", etc, etc. nobody ever knows what i'm talking about, though. )=
you're lucky to have the machine gun, don't hate it!!!
This is breathtaking. i love this musical but your version of it sounds so heartbreaking. I think it's the way the song was meant to be sung. Would you be open to it being used in an animation video?
WOW! This is one of my favorites from this show, which I have recently become obsessed with! I REALLY wish I could see it! The music is so fabulous though! Beautiful rendition of it! Nice emotion too!
This is great!! I would have liked for the tempo to be alittle bit faster than how you have taken it..but it worked for your voice..you executed it well!!
Wow, this is gorgeous! I adore this song, and you've only done it justice! Even though I think this is completely stunning without the backing (with your voice, you totally don't need a freaking backing!), I'd still looooooove to hear it with the backing! This is so amazing!! God, it's such a beautiful song! I was actually listening to it earlier tonight in the car!
Dani, your voice is just beautiful. I would love to hear you sing with accompaniment. The richness of an orchestra would compliment the pure tone you have.
Oh, and thank you for the lovely comment on my version of Since You Stayed Here.
I totally agree that it has a lot of vibrato---I actually made the mistake of clincking "tremolo" when I recorded this on Garage Band, and when I tried to turn it off, you could barely hear the singing, so that adds some extra "shake" to the vocals, as well.....although I do kind of have a big vibrato, regardless....Thanks for the thoughtful comment! ~Dani
i have literally been searching all day for a good version of this song. this is beautiful. THANK YOU.

Nice voice, but you're kind of killing the lines by breathing in the middle of the phrases. Sorry. Just something to think about.

ya all you need to do is back away from the mike when you breath

I think the vibrato's fine, just be sure you keep the passage open on the higher notes. Nice job.

wonderful voice girl, think you should ease it with the vibrations though. You do it beautiful, don't get me wrong, but really, a little too much.
