practice, practice, practice, i know 11 pll and 15 oll and my fastest average is 15.81 seconds, when i first started using fridrich i was slow and though i would never get fast at it but one day i just said i would never solve a cube layer by layer again and i got faster

well, i've mastered 5 F2L algs down to a science. I can solve the F2L in about 10-15 seconds. Im off to learn the 90-some PLL and OLL algs!

@dudemanpp - I'm sure you have to know, there's a much easier R perm... hold in y position from how you started : R' U2 R U2 R' F (R U R' U') R' F' R2 U'. Give it a try!! Not so many regrips.

PLL means Permute Last Layer. Essentially to put the pieces in their proper place.

iight man, this is pretty cool but when i watched this vid i had no idea what it meant man but then i tried it, no conclusion to doin it right so now everytime i try to do it takes me about 5 minutes to get it right when i average whole cube solve is about 40 seconds, i guess practice makes perfect.

When I started to learn this I averaged around 30 seconds with layer by layer. Then I tried this and couldn't get under a minute. I kept at it and I'm now at almost sub-20.
